Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer. You'll be leading the projects, mentoring other devs while working in Rails/React & Databases. You'll also collaborate with the team on design, architecture, development, and ongoing support of the application back end.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks
• Lead the engineering team from planning and organization to execution and delivery
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Translate user requirements into user stories, and doing follow-ups on the progress
• Collaborate with Design and Product Team to define and deliver the right solutions
• Do code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure a high level of code quality and usage of appropriate design patterns

Requirements:

• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• 3-5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Experience in React/Redux and JavaScript ES6
• Demonstrated competency in SQL and NoSQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and an eye for design
• Interest and ability to learn new programming languages and environments as needed
• Experience with VPS and CI/CD are a plus
